Got-it-spend-it, I use whatever I have. This time biz using up wensleydale and cranberry cheese so could be interesting :rotfl:
I'm sure they'll get eaten regardless and saves wasting the cheese! Might just have to add a bit of mature cheddar too, hmm the calories!!

Turned Saturday's haggis into a hash layered with neeps and a tattie topping. Made a loaf and kept some dough back for pizza bases.

Today I have made a steak and kidney pie, cheese straws, chocolate muffins (these were disgusting and had to be binned ) mars bar brownies and a lemon drizzle cake. I had to make something tried and tested after my daughters' disappointment with the muffins. I don't really know what went wrong although the mixture was very dry so I added some milk to it. Oh well, we live and learn :).
  • Do you think maybe it should be a teaspoon of honey rather than tablespoon? My dog didn't mind though :D

I dont know, maybe you could try it, if im honest i was quite happy to just splodge it and my dog loves them, the picture that was with the recipe, she actually used a bone shaped cutter, but i really didnt want to use any more flour, wasnt sure if it was good for my dog :)

I hope (if baby lets me put her down!) to be making chocolate carrot cupcakes with a peppermint cream cheese frosting.
