Got-it-spend-it, I use whatever I have. This time biz using up wensleydale and cranberry cheese so could be interesting :rotfl:
I'm sure they'll get eaten regardless and saves wasting the cheese! Might just have to add a bit of mature cheddar too, hmm the calories!!0 -

Today I have made a steak and kidney pie, cheese straws, chocolate muffins (these were disgusting and had to be binned :eek:) mars bar brownies and a lemon drizzle cake. I had to make something tried and tested after my daughters' disappointment with the muffins. I don't really know what went wrong although the mixture was very dry so I added some milk to it. Oh well, we live and learn
