Hope this helps

As its raining outside and I am in the right frame of mind I am busy baking. Have made coconut cakes, flapjack and a victoria sponge so far as well as a loaf of bread. OH loves lemon curd tarts and I was wondering if I could make a big batch and freeze them or whether this would be a disaster?0

Eight white rolls, and a Lardy cake for OH's pack up this week.0
