    Attempted millionaire's shortbread which looked like it was going ok
    Then I tried to cut it and its now a sloppy disaster
    Oh well, still tastes nice, just need to serve in dessert bowls thats all

    Twinks hobnobs and cheese scones - and I don't get to eat any of them as I'm near to target weight :(

    By any chance, did u use the recipe on a tin of condensed milk (carnation I think) I only ask as i have attempted said recipe and also ended up with a sloppy mess! But it was soooooo nice!

    I've never tried another version, which I should as its my favourite

    I did actually, and was hoping for neat little squares to munch on, and instead have made some kind of millioanaire's shortbread version of trifle/eton mess, call it what you will
