Hallelujah! Here's my effort for today. We're having a party tomorrow because I'm celebrating 100 days without paralysis so along with this cake I've made 3 different types of bread, sausage rolls, mini pizzas, red onion marmalade quiches, a baked raspberry swirl cheesecake and a lemon drizzle cake. I spent 8 hours in the kitchen!x

I haven't baked for ages,as I'm eating less cake,but I'm doing a rich fruit cake -new recipe.
Rich fruit cake,Fochabers gingerbread and Austrian curd cheesecake (a Mary Berry recipe) are my favourites cakes.
