Used the first of the windfall cooking apples from our tree in a quick crumble, fab taste so looking forward to the rest of the crop. Should be loads for the freezer to use over winter as the tree is packed this year.
Should be back to the baking & batches now we're heading into that time of year, got to use all the space while the oven is on!0 -

Am coming to terms with the fact hat I am going to be reacquainting myself to the oven at some point over the next 4 weeks and want to start with a monkeybread in my bundt tin. Recipes online look straightforward enough, although there is a risk of burnt caramel with all that sugar - has anyone tried to make it before?Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I made an All in One Cake - filling of chocolate spread. The filling was stiff so I added some icing sugar + milk.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
