    I made a Nectarine Crumble with some fruit from the freezer. Also did a JJ's Herby Cheese Bread but - Put it in the oven and saw the beaten egg in a cup on the worktop! Grabbed it out of the oven - turfed it in to a bowl - mixed in the egg + stuck it back in the oven. It was too wet - hence the shape - smells good - let you know what it tastes like.

  • I made a Chocolate Orange Cheesecake & it was very yummy :). My first time that I made a cheesecake so I am very pleased with myself :D

    Today I have made a victoria sponge cake
    and some peanut buter cookies.
    The recipe for the sponge was a Mary Berry one and it turned out really nice.

    made JJ's bread last night with gluten free self raising, turned out really well and OH loved it too!
