Just got a gammon joint (small one) resting, and have the bottom part of a 'queen of puddings'- the custard part, in the oven just now. Used up the rest of my breadcrumbs for it- first time I tried it so hope it is good ;).

Can I come and have dinner in your house? I love queen of puddings but DH won't eat it so I never get to make/eat it :(

I've just done a couple of tried and tested favourites today - banana and chocolate muffins for my Portuguese class tonight, and some oatmeal biscuits that I like to have with cheese (from Be-Ro). Oh and a big pot of lentil soup in the pressure cooker for dinner tonight (not baking but still) and I'm not sure I can last that long because I can smell it and it's making me hungry.

I haven't baked yet but I do plan to. PANIC! I've run out of Twinks HobNobs, so that's what I'll be doing later.

DS loved it, which is odd as he normally steers clear of eggy things!

    Parkin. And a potato. :D
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
