Wow, doughnut muffins sound fab. I have printed the recipe off to try

Today I have French onion soup simmering in the slow cooker (smells great).

It has turned out really well. I have a suspicion that it is the same cake Florenceem made recently as I remember bookmarking it when I used to do the GC. I made gluten free white and plain choc cookies, there were 6 big 'uns and I rolled the rest of the dough into a cylinder and froze.

Found some apple slices hidden at the bottom of the freezer this morning so have defrosted and made an apple pie. Will do DH for pud tonight and tomorrow plus some to take for lunch tomorrow. I don't tend to eat much pastry but may have a small piece of pie tomorrow as a treat after Weigh In at Slimming World.

I baked an odds and ends HM Quiche for dinner.
Had some cheese going manky - cut off the outside bits. Chopped up a few slices of salami that was lurking in the fridge. Enough Quiche left for 2 day's dinners.
