Hi PD!
OH loves lunch box snacks like lemon slices, brownies, ect. However it scares the life out of me baking as i tried once in school and set fire to a pizza base! SAFE to say I've never tried again.
At the moment i don't want to try anything that is more complex, Simple is the way forward...
Some maybe start with some cakes?
Thanks for the inbox too! Will be having a read shortly with a cuppa.Future goals:

If I was to put up all the recipes and websites I have bookmarked that are lovely and easy I suspect you'd be overwhelmed:)I am determined to give baking a go again...but when you are single it is so easy just to buy but baking/cooking is theraputic and its great to say "I did that!"
I have all the gadgets, bowls and tins(plus ingredients that are needed so...)If I succeed I'll post some images;)but now I often buy from local food producers who offer something really special compared to shop bought and I probably could make no better(or cheaper)"A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. I would start with flapjacks, not many ingredients, simple to make. Just take them out of the oven whilst still soft, before they look done. I hope that makes sense.0
