I made blackberry upside down cake but it wasn't very nice - way too sweet and now there's one in the fridge which I'll have to eat and it will make me fat.

I can't sleep so I just made 6 chocolate fondants to put in the freezer, for when the chocoholic in me strikes and craves melty chocolatey goodness. Mmmmm

Freespirit those sound delicious, have you tried making the bacon and cheese scones before from the Hairy Bikers book? Very tempting!
