    Just made a coffee victoria sponge cake and it was so light I had to have two pieces just to check how good it was!!!

    Banana and strawberry muffins and also a couple of mini loaves to check out my new tin (they actually worked better as loaves than as muffins). And black and white cookies...YUM

    Peanut butter Oat biscuits. Tbh I'm not fussed as way too sweet but then I didn't have muscavado sugar so used soft brown

    Still I doubt they will go to waste

    An Ultimate chocolate cake, not calorific in any way! Then to the other extreme the Hairy Bikers skinny fairy cakes.
