Today DD and I have baked chocolate cupcakes, flapjacks and fluffy pancakes.

I had a bunch of bananas on the turn, so I made a banana loaf cake and some muffins - all gluten free. We'll have a slice of cake for pudding tonight and then I'll slice the rest for the freezer and wrap the muffins. Easy treats.0

i bake every week but cant seem to make anything that tastes nice when it is defrosted, dont know what I am doing wrong - can anyone tell me what they do to see if I am doing something wrong?
Today I am making HM pizzas, also this weekend HM bread rolls, weetabix brownies, coconut and cherry flapjacks and also sausage rolls - may do these tomorrow so have some left for the week0 -

That should keep the mob quiet for this week .....
Busy weekend last week so didn't bake at all ... they mumped and moaned all week long there was nothing 'decent' for their snack (this is despite the biscuit and sweetie jar being full ... think I've converted them to o.s. homemade at last :T. FEB GC £255.82£240 :mad::mad::mad:

Hi all I am in need of some baking advice please! I am going to try to make my little boys first birthday cake and I am looking for a Victoria sponge cake recipe to use.
I am wanting three layers and the tins I have are round 9 inch ones. I have what I think to be all of the ingredients needed but I am not sure on the quantities to useAlso I haven't a clue what temp to cook at and for how long
