I had not done any baking since i made some eccles cakes a few months ago.
I have not had the energy, i had a bad knee then this flu thing and 2 weeks later still got it

I have just done some late night bakng too. My usual Dan Lepard Milk Loaf which I double proved in a bowl and in the tin before using my new staub as a dutch oven to cook it in!#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

In the oven, 2 salmon and broccoli quiche, 2 meat pizza pie, 2 non meat pizza pie (quich really but the kids like it more when it's called pizza!). Freezer should be stocked for a while!0
