Made a big pot of Rice pudding in my slow cooker, dumped in a can of condensed milk and it tasted lovely.

Started to think though should I have added Condensed Milk OR Evaporated Milk?

Why and what's the difference?

I baked a Smoked Salmon Quiche today.

Banana loaf, and while the oven was on a tray of chicken wings and 4 jacket potatoes for lunches/dinners through the week

daughter just made some mint chocolate pots that only needed the egg yolks, so i've just made meringues with the whites. Will probably have eton mess made with them tomorrow.

Condensed Milk is delicious. Evaporated is not.

Going to make some fruit scones for tomorrows pudding. Have some family coming for easter dinner and they want cream scones Might make something else at the same time but the inspiration hasn't hit me yet.
