My friend bought me a pack of Betty Crocker rainbow cake mix back from America, so I've done that as a tray bake. When it's cooled I will ice it with the matching rainbow frosting and add some mini eggs, mini nests that I made yesterday and a few fluffy chicks. This will be taken as a pudding when we go to my parents for lunch tomorrow.0

OO do you have a recipe for the naan please? It's my hubby's favourite kind!
It's an American measures recipe but very easy. These quantities make about 6 medium naans.
1.5 cups warm water
1tsp active dried yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
Mix together and leave for 10-15 mins until frothy.
Add 1.5 cups of strong white bread flour and 1.5 cups of plain flour. Mix and then knead for about 3 mins. Return to the bowl, cover with a wet towel and leave for 30-45 mins until slightly risen (doesn't rise by much)
Divide into 6 pieces and roll out thinly, sprinkle with sultanas, desiccated coconut and flaked almonds to taste (I've also seen pistachios and pineapple used, your bread, your call! Fold over and roll again until around 0.5 cm to 1 cm thick.
Heat a griddle pan or thick bottomed frying pan until v hot. Griddle each side for 2-3 mins, until browned.0 -

Yesterday I made cornflake crispies complete with malteaser bunnies, mini eggs and little chicks. A joint effort with DS we made the chess cake from the Great British Bake Off book, it was nice except we found the dark chocolate ganache too strong.
