I'm making chocolate macaro(o)ns, mini Bakewell tarts and something with Bramleys in (probably just stewed with custard). I hope my friends are hungry tomorrow :)

Today I made bolognaise sauce (ate half froze the rest) Twenty cornish pasties (in the freezer)

One lemon drizzle cake - this is delicious. Lots of raspberry buns.

Nothing today but I'm (sadly) getting VERY excited about making snickers rice crispy treats tomorrow!! I say it's so the kids have something to do, I lie. It's because I heart crispy treats and haven't had them in forever!

I'll try but it started as a recipe, got lost and is now made up in my head.:D

    6oz marg
    6oz caster sugar
    2 eggs
Self-raising flour (at least 8oz - this is where I guess!)

    raspberry jam

    Oven (I have a fan oven 160)

Cream the marg and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add enough flour to make a very soft dough. You need the dough to drop of the spoon with just a little help and hold its shape.

Grease baking tray and drop a spoonful (dessertspoon) of the mixture onto the tray. Leave room for the bun to spread a bit.
Make a small hole (not all the way through) in the top of each bun. The easiest way to do this is to dip the handle end of a wooden spoon in the flour and then in the bun.

Spoon some jam in the hole.

Bake until lightly browned (the colour of cupcakes/buns)

    My DS's favourite.

ps this will make lots. If you need to reduce I would use 4oz and 1 egg.
