It's a basic loaf cake recipe:
4oz S-R flour
4oz Caster sugar
4oz marge
2 eggs
2oz plain flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Into that I added a handful (did not measure, I just added what I thought looked right) of chopped dark chocolate. I used the choc from Lidl which is very nice.
I use this basic recipe and add a whole range of things depending on what I've got in. DD's are partial to mini smarties.
Bake at G4 for 45 mins in my rubbish oven.0 -
I've got a cheese & onion loaf and some white rolls proving in the oven so far today, I might make some chocolate muffins and carrot cake later on.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

I've really missed baking and my homemade bread, so I'm looking forward to eating them!0 -
