    Mammoth bake day today!!! Put on afternoon tea for close friends to celebrate DS 15th birthday, so baked

    A dozen scones
    A dozen lemon and poppy seed muffins
    Two dozen sausage rolls
    Two dozen mini quiches
    A green tea and cardamon banana loaf

    :eek:

    Finally sat down with a cuppa now. Still to face washing up of tea plates :o. In a bit I think :D.

    That lemon curd cake that another poster mentioned! Had it with Devon custard for pud - yum! And the easiest cake I've ever made.

    The green tea and cardamon banana loaf cake sounds really good. I love banana cake and I'm always looking for new recipes - is it one you found online?

    I made another Cinnamon Roll cake today. OH is a bit obsessed and he kept nagging for another until I gave in and made one.

    I made one very yummy chocolate birthday cake with chocolate icing and covered in smarties as per request of the birthday boy x
