I have made 2 very large banana breads with the bananas they were going to throw out at work, I hate waste so decided to bring them home and make use of them0 -

Ooo thanks! Could you use bread mix & add sugar do you think? Made 6 rolls for tomorrow...only 5 left though, had to sample!0 -
I honestly don't know, as it's an enriched dough I think you'd have to add a little more yeast to get the extra rise out of the dough. Worth a try though. Let me know how it goes...'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0

These are absolutely delicious, DH made them today whilst I was at work and have just eaten one now with a nice cuppa - will certainly be making these again!
