Oatilicious bread and butter based quiche, based on Michel Roux recipe with 3 eggs and 3 yolks plus cheese plus milk (no cream!) with garlic plus assortment of potato, sausage from freezer, bacon from freezer. All from freezer and present stores and very delicious it is too.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

All in one sponge with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. Used 5 eggs and same weight of sugar, marge and plain flour, 2tsp cream of tartar and 1 of bicarb. Made a lovely light moist sponge. Happy familyPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Ha today i made a disaster :rotfl:its called The Challenge, the challenge being it is so sickly can you finish it, i tried it a few years ago and it didnt work out but i couldnt remember what went wrong, so i have now found out, recipe says simmer 2 cans of condensed milk for 1 hour 20 mins (WRONG!!!!!) after i had opened tins and they were still runny, i googled it and you should boil for 2 - 21/2 hours to make it into caramel, safe to say i have deleted this bloomin recipe from my life, the challenge in my opinion now is what to do with a great big sticky mess:rotfl:x#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0
