    I use Ina Garten raspberry & blueberry muffin recipe - they do come out exactly like the coffee shop ones and my kids love them :)

    She also recommeds you use one of the round ice cream scoops to measure each one into the cases

    Hi I use Delias muffin recipe - from the summer collection - she gives suggestions for additions - also not to mix them too much and a double sifting. They are always great.

    I made Hairy Biker Crumpets today - worked brilliantly really easy to make and cook, mix made 15 crumpets - hovis ones on offer in tesco £2 for 12 - not as nice

    yesterday I made a Mincemeat cake - using up the last of the christmas mincemeat. it was yum. Got the recipe from a thread on here.
