I use Ina Garten raspberry & blueberry muffin recipe - they do come out exactly like the coffee shop ones and my kids love them
She also recommeds you use one of the round ice cream scoops to measure each one into the cases0 -
Hi I use Delias muffin recipe - from the summer collection - she gives suggestions for additions - also not to mix them too much and a double sifting. They are always great.
I made Hairy Biker Crumpets today - worked brilliantly really easy to make and cook, mix made 15 crumpets - hovis ones on offer in tesco £2 for 12 - not as nice
