I've made a loaf and 7 rolls (First time i've ever made bed from scratch so well chuffed!) Then I made almond and lemon cake. Looks fab.

I made some tri-berry muffins from the Ina Garten recipe, a huge coconut cake and a red velvet (choc) cake in the shape of a car lol0

I made a sausage plait from the Hairy Bikers Mums Know Best cookbook for dinner. I vaguely remember making one in home economics class years ago.
Also I had some frozen cookie dough (white chocolate and pecan nut from the Hummingbird Bakery book, except I used macadamia nuts instead) so I cut up some of that and made twelve cookies, since I already had the oven heated. And I made a batch of dough for gingerbread men, also from the Hummingbird book, but the recipe wants you to rest the dough overnight in the fridge so I'll bake them tomorrow. The dough seems rather soft and I reckon they'll spread too much so I might knead a bit of flour in to stiffen it a bit before rolling it out.
I found the coolest gingerbread man cutter in M&S, it cuts out the face and some buttons for you so you don't have to ice/decorate them. This is it.0 -
