Yesterday I baked hairy bikers spiced teacakes.
Today: sun dried tomato focaccia bread and a malthouse loaf - makes a change from brownies and cakies

Yesterday I opened the big jar of mincemeat I got in Sainsburys for (was it 12p? something like that) made this mincemeat traybake

It must qualify as one of the easiest cakes ever:) I added grated orange rind to the mix, and made icing with icing sugar & orange juice to spread over the top. It's yummy:T0 -

I made some Twinks for the 1st time last night in ages..... I forgot how popular they are so just had to put another batch it this morning! Also making a Tea Loaf and probably another loaf. I love my cooking sessions when the kids are at school!!0
