I've just bought a new three in one microwave oven: microwave, grill, and convection.
Up until now I've baked my bread in my conventional convection oven, but it is pretty old and takes a long time to heat up. My question to moneysavers is this: Can I bake conventional bread ie an ordinary 2lb loaf in a microwaves inbuilt convection oven?
On the face of it it would seem to be a more economic way to bake with only a quarter of the space to heat up. Would you agree?
Tips and suggestions for using this type of oven for baking much appreciated.
