Oooh they sound seriously yummy please could you post the recipe?
No baking for me today but have made 20 portions of chilli for the freezer. Not bad from 3lb of mince (plus lots of pulses!). Need to do a batch of curry this week sometime too then we will be well topped up with ready meals.

I made a mincemeat braid (like the apple braid which someone posted on one of the threads here but using half a jar of mincemeat instead) with nutmeg flavoured glace icing on it. It was yummy!0
