done lots of cooking today.
hubby little tender this morning after work do. so started day with a full english brunch. Then i made jam tarts, mince pies and my dd made some christmas cookies. and finished the day by cooking a big fat roast for the family.
dishwasher been going 19 to the dozen,lol . but lots of nice food to eat.0 -

a batch of English muffins to freeze for xmas day brekkie. They're just rising then I need to cook them. I've also successfuly made my lemon curn and marmalade, both for the first time.0

spelt loaf
vanilla sponge tray bake with milk chocolate icing and grated white chocolate - kids have made a large dent in this

Doh! when oh when will I ever learn!!! The twinks didn't even make it off the baking tray before half of them were eaten.
It's life threatening in my kitchen when I do them, I think I'm going to get one of those American footballer outfits for protection.0 -
