Hope no one minds me jumping in but I had to share what I made today as they are soooo yummy!
I made a bread roll dough up using instructions I found on this site but I cant share links as I am to new. ( I tried)
And after the first rise, I gently rolled into a big square, still quite thick though and I spread the middle with very lightly fried chopped up cheapie bacon, onion and grated some cheese on to it and spread it allll aroundI then rolled it up and cut it like a swiss roll then baked.
I have just had one warm with a little mustard and oh my! yummy! The plan was to make them for lunch boxes as a change to sandwiches, so I have had to freeze the rest or else I will never lose weight!Oct GC: €260...:cool:0 -

I have a low fat lemon cheesecake baking in the oven now, it's a tried and tested recipe that I picked up somewhere years ago. And when that's done, I'm going to make some butterscotch madeleines from this month's Delicious magazine.0
