I don't really want to post the recipe as it's from a book, Muffins Fast & Fantastic by Susan Reimer. It's a great book. But it's basically just a plain muffin recipe with buttermilk instead of normal milk (or half and half or whatever you have), with a teaspoon of bicarb and a handful or two of frozen berries.0 -
I have just done some pizza bases, these should have been 2 large ones, but I couldn't roll the dough properly so got in a strop and ended up with one large, two medium and four excuses for mini ones. Bah! I'm sure they'll taste better than they look

I have also done a quarter of a batch of Twink hobnobs with ginger (yum) and ended up with 12 biscuits. I've learnt my lesson from the first time I made them and didn't even half the recipe and ended up with 40+ biscuits :eek:Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100
