Just made a batch of buttermilk & frozen berry muffins. Obviously I scoffed one straight out of the oven.

They sound lovely would you post the recipe if you don't mind as have some frozen berries I want to use.

Meant to make twinks hobnobs but two hours of ironing put paid to that after work so it'll be tomorrow now!

I don't really want to post the recipe as it's from a book, Muffins Fast & Fantastic by Susan Reimer. It's a great book. But it's basically just a plain muffin recipe with buttermilk instead of normal milk (or half and half or whatever you have), with a teaspoon of bicarb and a handful or two of frozen berries.

I have just done some pizza bases, these should have been 2 large ones, but I couldn't roll the dough properly so got in a strop and ended up with one large, two medium and four excuses for mini ones. Bah! I'm sure they'll taste better than they look :p

I have also done a quarter of a batch of Twink hobnobs with ginger (yum) and ended up with 12 biscuits. I've learnt my lesson from the first time I made them and didn't even half the recipe and ended up with 40+ biscuits

Yummy, and absolutely melt in the mouth.
Not heavily in debt, but still trying to sort things out.
    Baby due July 2018.

I really feel for you, I remember the first time I made them a couple of years ago now, they seemed to be neverending!

I'm not very good at succinct. Why say something in 10 words when 100 will do?
