Had an afternoon tea today so baked a half batch of Twinks with some bashed macadamias and the substancial crumbs from a pkt of Homebrand choc chip cookies....v nice.Still made more than 25 biscuits!

My cherry cake is too sweet. I wont use that recipe again.

I've started a sourdough starter (if that makes sense) this week so today I had to throw away a cup of starter... couldn't do it....

So today we have Nigella's appel kuchen sitting on the side - it's a bit heavy cos it's sourdough starter rather than yeast but it tastes bloomin' marvellous.

Also - four black bananas in the fridge which are now banana and poppyseed bread.

Loaf of bread and four mini pizzas - two tomato mozzarella and two feta and caramelised onion.

Resting with wine now.

I made a devil's chocolate cake yesterday but longtermlurker has now got me wanting brownies:D think I will make some tomorrow!
