not baked anything but have made some cucumber pickle.
Have you got a recipe for that please? Only got a couple of cucumber plants, but they are producing in abundance, and there is only so much cucumber you can eat - although grandaughter loves them and will eat the same as any other fruit.0 -
I've had a rather productive afternoon and have made 8 portions of chickpeas with tomato and spinach, 26 falafel balls, a cheese and lentil bake (but i'm a bit concerned it's not going to come out of the tin intact as seems quite wet) and just made some of these to try and encourage myself to eat breakfast! I've got a savoury tooth so they seem perfect (and it helps to use my sunflower seeds)
The falafel is in the freezer so i'll bag them up when they're frozen either later or tomorrow, then try and find space for the rest of it!
Edit to add that after testing the oat slices, they are delicious!Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

I finally got round to making Twinks Hobnobs and I this evening and I have to say that I am most disappointed......................................................as I have eaten 4 already so my diet out the window!:rotfl:

By heck can I move in with you lot? I love baking but my mum doesn't let me do it because she thinks I will make mess (I'm really tidy) But she won't beleive me
