Well I gave the slightly fluffy (mould) fairy cakes to the dogs! And made hot cross bun and butter pudding last night - yum yum yum!Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -

Victoria Sandwich for me today (DS3's turn to choose) and some apple sauce to go with the turkey (DS1's choice as he didn't fancy cranberry).
Tomorrow I may have a go at strawberry jam as we have heaps of strawberries and some spelt and buttermilk scones.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Feeling rather pleased with myself cos I made a lovely rhubarb crumble from some whoopsied rhubarb that I bought over a week ago and was half expecting it to taste horrible cos it was a bit old but no! Also made some rocky road something - chopped up Marsbars basically with rice crispies & syrup with more melted chhocolate on top!
