I made a traybake of carrot and orange cake yesterday from the BBC recipe .Its turned out fine but is a bit longwinded. But it will do for the cake tin this week I have to make another one later this week for a friend and someone has sent me a Bero recipe which I will try.I want to make my macaroons today as I managed to find some rice paper in Sainsbobs.also maybe a lemon drizzle as I have some whoopsied lemons from there as well.
  • I'm off to a bbq at 3, nobody has any money so we will use whatever things we've got in the house. My mum gave me a chocolate cookie mix last week, so I have just made them up. They smell a lot better than they look, but they're my contribution along with a bottle of fizzy water made with my sodastream! I would have made some cakes with the other mix but I haven't got an egg :p
