    Carrot and coriander soup,Roast chicken dinner and chocolate cake with frosting ,nomnom. this thread always makes me sooo hungry lol.xx
    Feeding 6 Adults 1 Teen a 8 year old with hollow legs and a very fussy 5 year old. Also 3 cats and 3 fishies
    To include all Food,Toiletries and Petfood.

    apricot scone/cobbler type thing, apricot coconut flapjack-ish thingies (have some on the turn fresh apricots!), lamb stock and shepherd's pie from yesterday's roast lamb leftovers.
  • Four loaves of Weezl's no knead bread. I'm just waiting for them to rise a tiddle more and then in the oven. This is the first time I've tried the recipe so fingers crossed

    Mac and cheese for supper/roast toms
    Eton Mess for pud
    Strawberries a gift from Granma few from our garden, Cream on reduced shelf in Morrisons and meringues went horribly wrong but I managed to salvage them and all turned out ok. Must use yolks tomorrow peraps custard to have with cake I made at weekend. mmm

    I am just waiting on a fruit loaf to come out of the oven. I will be cooking quiche tomorrow evening, and sausage rolls - well, reheating those. But the cake I made from scratch.

    Haven't baked them yet, but I made a bit log of chocolate chip shortbread dough and it's sitting in the fridge, ready to be sliced up and baked tomorrow.
