Puss14 - I got my loaf tin from TKMaxx and it is fab
Cant believe I have only just found this thread officially bookmarked!!!
Anyhow I have made all our families bread for years now, dont bother with breadmakers and such I use my trusty Kenwood Machine, anyhow I have noticed that the 2 rising only really needs to be done on a loaf of bread if you are planning on having it hanging around more than a couple of days, for some reason if you only do 1 rising it seems to go stale a lot quicker than if you do 2, not a problem in my house hence everything only has 1 rising
