    Do flapjacks freeze???

Anyway, as requested (again) by the kids, today I will be baking yet more double chocolate chunk muffins, only this time they will be in normal cake cases as the other ones are a bit huge!! Ginger biscuits, as I promised the hubby, I'd like to try Twinks and I have to make some sausage rolls with some reduced sausages, and with left over pastry I will be making apple turnovers with my leftover apples from Mondays muffins, plus of course some more flapjacks, the recipe I have found hits the spot remarkably well, mine original recipe was just a tad dry, so chuffed to jellybeans with that!

But before all that, I have to clean up this mess we call a kitchen!!

Today I have made a home made curry but for afters scones made with sour cream, dead easy and taste gorgeous. They keep in a cake tin for up to a week. This is the recipe:

    Get a bowl
    4 cups of SR flour
2 heaps table spoons of marg
    2 heaped tablesppons of sugar
Rub together to make a bread crumb texture

*** if you are adding fruit in add it at this stage only put a bit in as the more you put in it will be heavier and
    wont rise as high

Get a seperate bowl and put in it half a small tub or sour/sour lite and 1 egg mix it together then add to the mixture.

You should then mix together until you have a firm mixture which is not sticky.

Put into shapes using a small cup. Place in a baking tray touching each other then the scones will rise instead of spreading.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees. Enjoy:)
