I made a loaf of cheese and herb bread last night, but sadly forgot to add the crucial ingredient - yeast! It looks more like a brick than a loaf of bread, but I'm hoping I'll be able to salvage it as breadcrumbs and/or croutons for HM soup, so it won't be a total waste of ingredients.
I've now replaced it with a load of wholemeal bread which does have yeast in it, and is considerably more edible!Back after a very long break!0 -
