I made pancakes today (and yesterday actually!) not technically baking I guess though!
Got lots of baking supplies today so going to make some fudge & choc chip cupcakes tomorrow

Today I am making ham and veg 'pies'- they kind of look like ham cornish pasties! Will serve with mash and a lovely cheesey sauce.
Also might make some biccies or a cake later if my back does not seize up on me!Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.
