    I made pancakes today (and yesterday actually!) not technically baking I guess though!

    Got lots of baking supplies today so going to make some fudge & choc chip cupcakes tomorrow :)

    Today I am making ham and veg 'pies'- they kind of look like ham cornish pasties! Will serve with mash and a lovely cheesey sauce.
    Also might make some biccies or a cake later if my back does not seize up on me!

    last night I made HM pizza and today I'm having a go at making Thriftlady's soft bread rolls. The dough is currently rising.

    Today it was two dozen cupcakes topped with butter icing...yum!

    Have some butter icing leftover - does anyone know it this will freeze?

    Oh and a baked maple cheesecake - first time I tried making cheesecake and very pleased with result!

  • Today I have made sultana scones and bread. I now have a Marmalade Cake in the oven - never tried it before so my fingers are crossed!

  • I've done a lemon drizzle traybake (to be cut into squares for lunchboxes) and 8 bread rolls (50/50 wholemeal)
