1 dozen strawberry and white chocolate muffins, 1 dozen double chocolate muffins and a huge traybake of rum and raisin squares topped with demerara sugar. All to give my local firefighters as a thank you for saving my cat's life on Friday !!!!

Here you go The acid in the lemonade will react with the baking powder in the flour to aid raising :T
