ive baked 6 seeded rolls(cheated,-made the dough using breadmaker)baked the rolls in the Remoska-perfect.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0 -

Been pretty productive today! Made a chicken pie; chicken curry; chicken stock which I am now using to make a veggie soup. Curry's in the freezer and once the soup is cooked and cooled down that will go in there too.

Just putting a gingerbread in the oven, soon to be followed by HM wedges, to go with the ham and veg bake thing (kinda pasty like!) made on Sun. Love gingerbread!Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

I made these chocolate chip ginger nuts today from delias website. they are very good if you are low on ingredients, i made mine from the scrapings of my syrup tin, the last bit of s.r.flour in the house and an odd bit of chocolate that had gone unnoticed
