Yesterday, rather than today, but - a mixed seed loaf (in the BM, but I figure that counts) and some clementine and poppy seed muffins (a new recipe for me - they're nice, but not so good that I think I'll do them again).

OK, I take that back about the muffins not being very good - they're much better today than they were when I tried a freshly baked one last night.
Back after a very long break!

Cookies made with condensed milk - Phil Vickery recipe
    http://www.hub-uk.com/interesting03/phil-vickery-cooks10.htm

    So quick and lush
made 4 x quantity and most are going in the freezer Didn't have white chocolate or raspberries, so
used chopped up dark chocolate, and crystallized ginger, as that was what I had in the cupboard

Do not bake too long, when you take them out of the oven they are very very soft, so leave to cool before moving them.

wssla00 the recipe is in the booklet that came with the bread maker. its basically white bread recipe with additions, spice, currants sugar, then you put the berad maker onto "sweet" setting, so it doesnt burn the loaf due to high sugar content,I think.
