I am not AF today. I was drinking vodka and tonic at 1.30 today. I don't know what is wrong with me at the moment. I feel like I should leave this thread because I am being pointless. I can't understand why I ended up like this.:( Sorry to be so down.:o

You're not pointless, babe. You're struggling a bit like we all do from time to time. Don't leave cos of that.

Of course, if having a break like YM or BHB etc might help you then go for that. Otherwise stick with it, you know we're all here for you :)

Oh sweets - have you thought of talking to your doctor - ? Crying alot might be a sign that you're run down or a bit blue.

Look there you are again a little bit of a Honeybear and Muddypeedie person sandwich!!

I'm more muddy than gorgeous - but happy to smear my muddy hugs around!

In the meantime, how about a hot bath & an evening of painting your toenails, reading a good book, watching a dvd? Do something nice for you & don't give yourself a hard time :)

btw.I am positively emanating gorgeousness with my unwashed hair, sweatshirt & grubby combats :D

I do have dual diagnosis with severe depression and alcoholism. I am just not sure what anyone else can do for me. I still don't want to give up drinking completely. I think I should pester my local services more.:( I just worry that I shouldn't be on this thread as I know other people on here aren't like me.

I think we all have our issues etc on here. Some are more serious than others. It does sound like it's definitely worth you seeing what your local services can offer. And also spend some time thinking about what you want & how you want to be :)
