jo, completely agree with advice of typing CV, letter etc etc. I think hitting them with your PA experience first is a great idea too. You need something to make your application stand out from the others. What about putting this in?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think this is brilliant Lurks, did you make them all up yourself. Clever you :T

Welcome keys, I know it doesn't sound very noble but I totally understand that the thought of saving money would be a good motivator. I find that helps me plus the idea of saving calories too. Healthy limits should motivate me more than it does. Good luck with tonight!

Have a good evening everyone, I'm off for a lurk.

  • Fay; that link was v.helpful. I have a lot of thinking to do still and will take your advice about changing my routine on board.

Miss Piggy; not sure if I'm brave enough to give up. The thought seems very strange. I guess drink is a big part of my life. Maybe this is all the more reason to try to knock it on the head now.

    Lurkio, loving your work!

Lurkio: That was brilliant! I have tried to find something to rhymes with bath but failing so far.

Jo: I go with Gien and Maman

I have been running again today and I have to say that on my running days my mood is significantly better than non running days. Perhaps I need to dust that Irish dancing DVD that I got some time ago to have a quick dance after DD has gone to bed to get another good mood boost, especially on non running days. Or perhaps some Ashtanga Yoga... hmmm

I have come into agreement with DD's head teacher that we are rewarding her every time she goes to the toilet when prompted. She will have her own little chart for this. I am so glad I got her into a small village school where they are treated individually and head of school takes time to do stuff like this.

That is 27 for me please your Honeybearness
