    I have been on holiday for a week, got back to find our letter of intended court action on the doorstep. Apparently it is a 'formal notice' and they 'may take action if we fail to pay'.

    In big bold letters it states 'this problem will not go away!'

    It is a lot more formal looking than the previous letters and it has rattled the other half. I have told him we need to ignore it but he is a worrier and now thinking we will get taken to court, I still plan to ignore. It is a very professional looking letter though- part of the ploy right?

    I don't think Eric is a real person. I reckon he is a PPC 'droid programmed to churn out meaningless phrases. I'm surprised we haven't seen "resistance is futile" or even "your car will be exterminated".

    That's why we can never get an answer out of him. He's not programmed for that task.
