There is no difference in the enforceability of these invoices - for further advice please create your own thread, thanks

Recent contractual charge notice - i was not driving but as the keeper now liable after new Protection of Freedoms act schedule 4 law in Oct 2012 - this changes everything as whilst Martin was sleeping / spending his sale money the law came in and gave these guys the means to chase down the registered keeper... so now we have proven dodgy G24 now all "legalled up" and much more able to enforce??? its great to say ignore and don't pay up - but the situation is different now??

    Uh?

What the blazes are you on about? And why are you bumping a dead thread?

Nothing much is different at all, so why are you trying to suggest otherwise?

    PPC stooge maybe?

Surely yet another one time poster trotting out this bollox is a PPC troll?
  • Thank you all previous helpful posters. This is my first ever post.
I have been watching this thread for over year. I received two 'fines' from PCN North West a year ago.
I have been very encouraged by this website. I have never contacted PCN, never replied and I have never lost a wink of sleep over the issue. I have kept all previous letters from them and the subsequent list of jokers demanding money from me. I have had ELEVEN 'final' demands. Still I have never cared a bit.
However, this morning, I received a letter from a real solicitors, GPB llp. This one has me a bit spooked. (not enough to either contact them or pay though). This is a letter before claim and, for the first time it states 'our client WILL seek to recover charges in the County Court'.
Any advice or previous experience out there?
Oh, and by the way, the posters on here encouraging members to capitulate. Forget it. Some of these people are so obviously working for the other side, with their phoney spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Not difficult to spot at all.
  • Hi I've just had a contractual parking charge notice from G24 for parking at the Meadow hall Retail park for over 180 mins which I did not know. Do I have to pay this as I did not? there may have been signs just not big enough to see and without going back to check I just don't know.

Welcome to the forum, you've bumped a very old thread, can you first read the sticky thread in the parking forum by coupon mad, it contains answers to your questions. And create your own thread instead of hijacking this one.

    Thanks

  • I don' t know what to do?
I have wrote a letter to G24 asking for a poppla number but because my date of letter states more than 28 days have passed they say I have to pay or expect to go to county court.
I wrote to them as I only received the letters last week as they had been posted through my next door neighbours house and I wasn't t aware of them. When the landlord next door got a new tenant he found lots of my post, and there were the G24 letters. I have stated all this but they have still said they expect payment. How very personable!
    What can I do?

first thing to do is start a new thread of your very own , NOT hijack a thread started by somebody else

then please read the STICKY threads at the top of this forum
