G24 Ltd using debt recovery agency

I just received the second letter from G24 issued on the 16th Oct 2012..... It says:

THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS NOW 95£ FAILURE TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT WILL RESULT IN G24 LTD FOWARDING THE OUTSTANDING CHARGE TO A DEBT RECOVERY AGENCY.

Can those Debt Recobery Agencies do something on your credit history? I am planning to ask for a loan soon and I am a bit worried about it.........

For your credit history to be damaged the case would have to go to court, you lose and THEN you fail to pay whatever the judge orders. As it's not going to court then you can relax.

"Debt Recovery Agency" = a bunch of private citizens with the same "powers" as you or I to demand money off people.

G24 are scammers, liars and tax evaders - ignore them and they go away. You may get some letters from CSS Collect but you are safe to ignore them as well.

I've gone through the process twice with G24 !

hi everybody can anyone calm my worrys down .Got a g24 fine in august last year after not relise was hour over the time .ive now recieved 3 lettes but now today got another from ccs collects saying i must pay up in the next few days.What do i do

Ignore CCS Collect. They're only powerless Debt Collectors. They have no power to do anything.

I don't mean to sound rude and uncaring but you've just posted in a thread over 23 pages and 440+ posts in length that tells you without fail to ignore G24 and CCS and you're still asking what to do ?
