No you don't we keep pointing this out to you.

its an unenforceable speculative invoice with no legal status.

    Its UNENFORCEABLE!!!

You do NOT HAVE to pay them a penny, nor even bother replying or reading any of the other unenforceable junk and lies they will send you.

its a scam, a con trick, a DVLA approved mugging.,

IGNORE IT ALL!!!! Nothing will happen if you ignore it!! Theres nothing they can do!!!

You HAVE to pay me a fine too. Why? Because I've just said so.

You'd be a complete idiot to pay them ! They're scammers of the highest order.

They break the contracts they have with suppliers such as Nominet. They avoid paying VAT.

Would you pay money to a random African person who sent you an email ? No ? Then why pay G24 ?

Note my username - I've ignored them twice so far successfully.

XXXX me, you ask for advice, then you completely ignore it and have the gall to come on here askinh what to do again....brilliant way to endear yourself.

I suggest you pay up the money...then you can stop running to mummy and daddy who obviously know SFA about PPC's etc.

Received my letter from CCS. It states that their client MAY take further action. As previous posts, I can state that the photo sent with the original does not show the driver clearly and therefore G24 has no record of the vehicle user that day. They merely state that on that day of the photo, that I was the registered keeper and that I should notify them of the driver on that day if different. Sounds like fishing to me. Also, if I have any problem with paying then I should ring one of their agents, another fishing exercise. As I was on a legitimate shopping outing that day, they can whistle for the unlawful cash donation.

Spot on, apart from one thing. The photo can't identify the driver. They don't know them from Adam.

Ignore your idiot parents, who clearly know sod all about this, and listen to the advice on here, we've saved thousands of motorists millions of pounds by correctly telling them what to ignore. I personally have ignored 9 'tickets' from UKPC, UKCPS, and TCP; and counting, so far.

Even better, get your idiot parents to read these forums and learn the correct information. Ask your parents why they think you have to pay in the light of the legal ruling of VCS vs HMRC in the Upper Tax Tribunal, and why in that case they think 3 Judges were wrong.
