Note my username. My car has had two unenforceable invoices from this bunch of clowns. I ignored them and they gave up fairly quickly.

I say I ignored them, that's a bit of a lie - I reported them to Nominet and HMRC :rotfl:

Of course you are nervous! That is the way they want you to feel, and that is what their letters are designed to do- make you nervous and pay them!

Isn't it funny that you don't get letters from debt collectors threatening this and that, if you have been given a Council (GENUINE) parking ticket? That's because they know their ticket is genuine and they can easily collect it legally, so they don't resort to such nonsense.

This private company knows full well that it is issuing "tickets" which are FAKE and UNCOLLECTABLE by any legal means.

So it tries to frighten you into paying, because frightening you is the only means they have of collecting anything.

Once you grasp that, you can laugh at the pathetic scam, and just wait for them to decide they are wasting their time trying to bully you, whereupon they WILL clear off.

    Guaranteed.

Take courage from the 25,000 posts on here saying to ignore.

If 25,000 are not enough then you need to grow a pair :D

Im sure we've all been there with our first "threat-ogramm" like kar500....you know..nervous at a "fine" of £70 and only £30 if you pay within a certain time, oeeerrrrrrr, then the next threat-ogramm comes along, still nervous cos the "fine" has doubled??? but if you're a good honest law abiding citizen they will still let you pay half the "fine"...so you pay up cos you got a little bit frightened with the next set of threat-ogramms...oh !!!!!! its all guns blazing with court action, baliffs and even ccjs they demand that you pay...YOU VILL PEY ZEE CHARGE! And the moral of this story is that they have just scared you to bits into giving them money which they have demanded with menaces .but before you succumb to paying these scamming robbing b@@@@@@s READ the posts on here and follow the advice these guys and gals tell you.....IGNORE and if youre still scared send the letters to me or tell them that i was driving...do you see how scared of them you need to be? Im scared of spiders but i dont give them money but thats how they make thier money cos they "scare" people into paying when you dont have too....

I hate to sound like I'm boasting, I'm not, it is just a fact.

But I have had over 80 FAKE tickets like these over the past few years.

I have never parted with one single penny.

    NOTHING has ever happened.

I wish I had a pound for every scamming threatening letter I have received, I would have a nice holiday in Majorca.

    JUST IGNORE THE DICKS. Easy.

i aint got a scanner,,sorry,, but this is what it says from top to bottom,,,,
    recommendation to litigate

the parking charge notice incurred at___________,vehicle registration_________,remains unpaid.the full charge of 95 pound including administration costs was referred to us by our client g24 to recover on their behalf.
if the intention is to avoid the repayment of this debt then our obligation to our client requiers us to make one final request for payment before preparing your file and advising our client of our recommendation to litigate, allowing them to commence any additional civil action they may choose to take.
to avoid this,we are authorised to accept a discounted payment ammount of 47.50 if received on or before 23 june. call us now on 08444120344 to make arrangements to pay. if payment is not received ,our client will seek repayment of the full outstanding sum.

so thats it ,,,,,,, what do you lot think ????

Yawn, yawn, yawn is what I think.

It's comparable to the other letters - all useless.
