El - as you're in Scotland then I'll let you off this weekend however... I'm planning on walking the Great Glen Way from Fort William to Inverness in September (hoping many of the midges will have gone by then) taking in Loch Ness (finger's crossed for monsters) and if I've got any energy left climbing Ben Nevis! 76 miles over a week - hence thinking that I've got to start walking most weekends to build my stamina up!

Hi El, I am so so sorry to read that you didn't get the job. Have you called them to ask for feedback yet?

However, I am a great believer in things happening for a reason, fate and all that, so it is not meant to be and you know that there is something better out there for you - this is just a message telling you to look elsewhere.

Your "mission statement" for the 101 day challenge is brilliant - puts my "I will get on top of my housework" to shame :o

    Morning

It's good that you got some feed back. My couisin did very well last night, she's put on 2 stone since she last tried going, but is motivated to get rid of it all this time. I put on 1/2 a pound, so it could have been worse!!

Good luck with the house work and remember you want to do an hours worth later!

We are doing slimming world. So healthy eating. I don't go to the gym, they are all really expensive around here. But I love my exercise DVD, Davina McCall workouts, I have the box set so it includes both of her DVD's so I do one a week.

But my cousin is feeling good, she know's she's got to do it especially if she wants Babies (which she is desperate for!)
