Lol that's a pretty normal day for me too! I wasn't properly counting points, I just know that particular sandwich is 7.5 pts! If I added all the stuff up I'd more than likely be over. :o

Hi Turfy, pleased to meet another shortie like me :) My Wibbly Bum only bothers me when I'm exercising and there's someone behind me; otherwise I ignore it!

I know we're not technically starting until 1at Feb, but I started on Monday, last weghed myself on Sunday, and weighed in this morning, and I'm chuffed I'm -1.4lbs! I should have lost 1.2lbs if I was following this diet and had a normally active lifestyle so I figured things would be slower lying on my sofa just doing upper body weights, but 1.4 lbs in 3 days is beyond anything I could hope for, very happy. Now to continue it for the next week.

Especially happy as this takes me to 139.8lbs - under 140lbs for the first time in years.

Well I was going to weigh in today but I'm not since we're not starting properly yet... because I've put on 1.5lb! Not happy! I was jumping around like a loon to HSM Dance for an hour again last night, not 'real' exercise but I was out of breath so it must have counted for something?!

Well done on your loss Dinah! You're wasting away!

I'll have to get some houmous after all of the good reviews! I think I've been put off in the past because it looks a bit wierd (I don't do guacamole either!), I used to be really picky with my food but I'm getting much better!

Any ideas what I can go for my dinner tonight? I've got 3 big chicken legs, half a butternut squash, some green beans and some spinach! Don't really know how to make all of that exciting!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Way to go Dinah! That must feel brilliant :)

I broke the 10 stone barrier for a few weeks before Christmas, but now I'm back up to 10st6lb - not good! Even the ww lady was speechless about how much I'd put on :o It's a real motivator though, so hopefully it will come off as quickly as it went on!

Birdie, are you sure it's not TOTM-related?! It's really annoying when you feel like you should've lost weight but you don't. Don't lose hope though! Keep exercising, drink lots of water and hope you'll see a difference soon! Are you keeping a food diary?

:rotfl: That's shocking, isn't she supposed to support you?!

Well done Dinah, and I agree Birdie, surely it's TOTM related? That's what I'm putting my non-loss down to, hoping for some headway on Monday.

I change my profile on Food Focus to say I wanted to be 9.13 by my birthday (12.02), and I need to lose 1.5 lbs a week, which I think will be a bit of a struggle given my recent reacquaintance with food!

Avogirly, I seem to thenk liquorice is good for the digestion? So not too bad! I've had 2 cups of coffee so far, waiting for colleague to go and make the teas so I can have my cereal bar!

Well done Dinah - amazing and I am yet again in awe of you;)

I am not weighing myself until we officially begin (oh well I admit it I did this morning and I weigh 0.5lb more than I did when we started):o

I am using the Wii balance board to weigh myself cos if I use our bathroom scales and lean one way I can weigh less than if I stand straight up....so I know I will cheat:rotfl: Apart from that I can stand on the things one minute and be delighted to have lost weight - I then stand on them a minute or two later just to check as you do....and not only have I not lost weight but I can have gained as well:mad: So...Wii balance board it is for me then.
