is there a 'weigh in' day, or do we all just post losses (:o or gains
) as and when

That sounds about right! Peppers are 'free' and depending on how small your potato is, it would be about 2 or 3 points, plus a little more if you're using any oil or butter.
I've got to go to M&S tonight to pick up some food for a work lunch, but I already did a big food shop on Sunday. It's a double whammy as it's a potential hazard to my diet and finances - must stay strong and avoid temptation!LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Portion sizes definitely - I used to bring in a tupperware box crammed with pasta (with bacon - yum!
) and now I only half fill the same box, bith couscous or quinoa or sometimes wholemeal pasta. Never with bacon any more though.
And I thought I was being so good eating lots of sweetcorn!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Well 1st Feb is a Monday, so that would be the obvious day to weigh in, but we got on quite well weighing in on Wednesday before - and it gives you a chance to recover from those naughty weekends
What does anyone else reckon?LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -

Hi, can I join in too please? I think my wibbly bum qualifies as it does wibble quite a bit! I'm already doing the "lose lbs without spending £££'s challenge" but I'm thinking the more challenges I have the less likely I am to cheat.
I'd like to lose 56lbs and have already lost 4 so far. I don't have a target date, but DS2 will be having his 18th in July so that means a big family party....it would be nice to turn up in a gorgeous dress.Total debt at LBM £26k+Total debt now £16,494.40Tesco CC 11/2/11 Total - £1,387.20 - Now £00 -
I'm going to do Mondays as I always eat a lot on Tuesday date nights
Hi Snowdonlilly - July is a good timescale for a noticeable loss to knock em all deadWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Wednesday seems a good weigh in day.
I think we need new plates; I'm sure I just fill my plate because it looks empty (and our dinner plates are pretty big) and then I eat it all because I can't waste anything!
What's houmous like? I keep seeing it mentioned as some kind of wonder diet snack but I'm not sure if I fancy it!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Pants, I weighed myself in work today and am 2lbs heavier than my scales at home. So I guess it's 12lb to lose!:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0

Made with chickpeas, I dont find it has any taste at all!
I read a good Gillian Micheals tip last night, very OS and diet friendly too. Chop up any overripe bananas and freeze them. When you have a craving for something sweet or are hungry throw a handful with a cup of skimmed milk in the blender, voila a sweet and filling milkshake. I really like the sound of this one, and we have loads of bananas bound for the bin, just need to find some freezer bags!
ETA: Make sure you always use the same scales Lara or you could find you get some very odd weigh ins!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
